Okay, so by now it is no secret that we are peanut butter lovers over here! (We promise to put up a recipe without it soon!) So here is another sweet treat/ snack to get you through the week!
1 cup traditional oats
1/2 cup wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 cup dark roast crunchy peanut butter
2 tbs coconut oil
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 tbs honey
1. Whisk in a large bowl - honey, peanut butter, egg & coconut oil
2. Add flour and oats and mix to combine.
3. Add milk.
4. Fold through coconut and cranberries.
5 Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
