We offer one-on-one dietitian consultations to provide you with tailored, evidence based dietary advice to suit your individual needs.


Our team is experienced in…

  • modifying body fat mass without affecting lean muscle mass

  • general healthy eating programs for well-being and weight loss,

  • food intolerances/allergies,

  • issues associated with fertility or medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, heart disease


Initial Consultation - $160 (Amie) $150 (Sam & Steff)

Assessment – we will ask you a number of questions about your lifestyle, food preferences, intolerances, exercise and daily routine so we create something realistic for you.


We then create a meal plan tailored to these questions to help you reach your goals.




Review Consultation - $90


Review consults help keep you accountable and help us adapt your current diet to ensure you are still seeing results. We are very results based so we only suggest consults when we know our clients need them.




Amie and Steff can deliver practical and tailored presentations (60 minutes) about nutrition to support exercise, body fat loss, and evidenced based nutrition supplements.

In South-East Queensland the cost is $15 per person. For travel outside South-East Queensland, seminars require a minimum of 10 people and a cost of $25 per person (to account for travel costs).

Amie Cox

I’m a University-trained Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian who has been working with professional and non-professional athletes for more than three years.

My primary experience and passion is with Strength and Conditioning athletes, in particular CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. I have assisted both Regional and Games level athletes for CrossFit and the Commonwealth and Olympic Games.

Because I’ve competed and trained in both sports, I completely understand how eating the right food at the right time can dramatically change body composition and increase performance.

And this is not only just for CrossFit and weightlifting but for all types of exercise.
As well as working with high level athletes, I consult with individuals who want to learn how to modify their body composition, while still enhancing their performance in training.

Steffani Ford

Hi – I’m Steff… Senior Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and most importantly a food lover!

I joined Amie at Physique Science and Target Nutrition after my Bachelor degree in Clinical Sciences - Human Nutrition and a Masters degree in Dietetics.


My passion is sports nutrition... I’ve grown up around sports from a young age and know about how good food fuels the body. As a teenager, I competed in state titles for rowing and netball, and I know first-hand what it’s like to have to provide your body with the right foods for performance, and often times for multiple games or races, in one day. Which is where my favourite banana and peanut butter sandwiches came in super handy!


I have also been a group fitness instructor and I thrive off giving my clients 100% all the time to achieve their goals.
